Tonight is the Night!

Saturday night through Sunday night is one of the most important nights for Kabbalists - and the world. During this time, we can connect to universal wisdom, the source of real truth that governs the world.

Each year, on the day that a righteous person departed the world, there is a huge infusion of energy. On that day, the gates are open for a direct connection to that person, and all Light that they revealed is more readily available to us than any other time of the year.

Tonight is the night Kabbalist Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochaideparted from the world.

During his time, Rabbi Shimon revealed to the world the secrets to our existence, the spiritual structure of our universe and the unique ways in which every soul can connect to the Creator. The sacred text that is the well spring of this wisdom and the source of this immense energy is The Zohar. Everyday Kabbalists study this ancient text to connect to the wisdom and the support of Rabbi Shimon.

We too can use The Zohar in several ways to connect to the amazing Light and wisdom revealed by Rabbi Shimon. The simplest way is by scanning and meditating on its Aramaic letters. Each letter is a conduit of energy, and as we connect to that energy with our eyes, we can consciously send that energy to areas of our lives and even other people who need it.

If we want to take our connection to The Zohar to the next level, we can study its words of wisdom, use it in our lives and help share that wisdom with the world. Connection with The Zohar can create positive personal change as well as global change.

My first connection with the Zohar was when I was 18 years old. I felt very privileged to have the opportunity to study this sacred text and very soon after I started, I chose to contribute towards the printing of a new publication of it.

At the time, it was a big effort for me. I was living off a salary of an Israeli army soldier, but I was fueled by the idea of putting my energy into sharing wisdom that could impact every person who would study it, as well as the world

As soon as I started to contribute, my life started to shift. The contribution process lasted a few month and by the time my last contribution was processed, I was already living in New York - and met my husband three weeks later!

Heal Your Life: The New Moon of Taurus

The extraordinary healing energy of Taurus is available to everyone this month. But what does it mean to have healing consciousness? And how can we put that consciousness into action to create real healing in our lives?

Tonight, April 10, we enter the second month of the astrological calendar, Taurus. In Hebrew, it is known as the month of Iyar, which stands for the words “Ani Hashem Rofecha” and means “I am God, your Healer.”

To connect to the healing energy of Taurus, there are three steps in consciousness we can take this month:

1. Not accepting chaos as a normal part of our reality

God created us to have healthy and happy lives. Good health is normal; sickness, illness, disease is not. We’ve come to expect the opposite though and are comfortable with chaos as random events that we feel we have little control over.

2. Taking responsibility for the current state of our lives

The only way to regain control now is to accept that we created our physical, spiritual, mental and emotional situations in the first place. When you are the driver in your life, then you can decide to make a u-turn. Taking responsibility isn’t about fault, guilt or shame. It’s simply recognizing that life is a chain of cause and effect. It’s realizing I am the cause, and knowingly or not, I planted seeds that have created my circumstances. In the moment that I accept that I am the creator, I awaken the unlimited power within me to create healing energy and plant new seeds.

There is an unlimited power within us that gives us life and heals us. It’s the divine power that joins an egg and sperm, creates trillions of cells and flows through our body pumping blood and performing a thousand other functions! Sometimes we block this life force through our own negativity. We need to get out of the way and let the Light flow with ease, rather than dis-ease.

3. Changing our physical reality by changing our thoughts

Curing our lives of dis-ease starts with cleansing our thoughts, as Kabbalist Rav Berg explains in the introduction to the spiritual text of Kabbalah, The Zohar:

Misfortune and illness are not considered separate and apart from thoughts. Our minds, bodies, thoughts, and environments are inseparable. Therefore, we must treat thought more than the disease itself. We must treat the entire thought process that is instrumental in bringing about the disease in the first place. We must also realize that the thoughts of others can cause some form of disease within our bodies. Our states of mind can make ourselves and others well and can speed recovery from illness. We have the power to heal and the power to remain well.

Thoughts are real, and they directly affect our body. In the book Evolve Your Brain, Dr. Joe Dispenza speaks about a new field of science called psychoneuroimmunology, which directly demonstrates the connection between the mind and the body. Basically, every thought produces a biochemical reaction in the brain that is then transmitted to the body. For more information, Rav Berg further explores this scientific truth of mind of matter in his book Nano.

Back to Action!

Change your thoughts, heal your body. Easier said then done. To start, time to discover the patterns of your thoughts - victim consciousness, me me me syndrome, fear, worry, doubt, denial - and break them. Most of our thoughts are about ourselves. Ask the Light force to shine through you to others. Ask what you can do for someone else. If you are physically limited, you can mentally send healing energy to others.

Interesting fact: For a body to be healthy, it needs to be oxygenated. The more a body moves, the more oxygen it has. Ironically, Taurus is characterized by a desire for comfort and lack of movement. To tap into the healing energy of Taurus, we must transform that energy and move! The more uncomfortable our acts of sharing are, the greater Light we will reveal.

Tonight IS the Night!

Tonight, we can connect to the miraculous energy of the splitting of the Red Sea. Tonight, that awesome energy that was revealed thousands of years ago is available to all of us - anyone and everyone.

This energy offers many gifts, and tonight we can focus on three of them.

1. The ability to be what we are not naturally: In order for the Red Sea to split, the flowing water became what it was not. In fact, at that moment it split, water all over the earth went against its nature and split as well. Tonight, we can tap into the ability to go to against our innate desire to receive for the self alone.

2. Split our ego consciousness from our soul consciousness: 99% we are ruled by our ego consciousness. Worries, fears, doubts - “me” consciousness creates a life chaos. But our souls know better. Our souls’ sole desire is to connect to the Light, and once we start listening to our souls, we will create happiness and peace for ourselves and the world.

3. Cross over our own Red Seas: the Israelites were fleeing the life of bondage they knew when they reached the Red Sea, and with the Egyptians in hot pursuit, they were seemingly trapped. When they called out to God for help, He asked them why they were calling out to Him because at that very moment they had the ability to cross over their worries, fears and doubts and cross over their Red Sea to freedom. Tonight, we too have the ability to cross over our Red Seas of worries, fears and doubts in any and all areas of our lives and get to the place we know we need to be - the next level in our relationships, careers and spiritual paths.

To help us access and use tonight’s energy in our lives, we have technology derived straight from the three verses in the Bible that describe the splitting of the Red Sea - the 72 Names of God. The 72 Names of God is a meditative tool we can use to achieve mind over matter put together by Kabbalists. 12 Days to the Best Year

What if you knew that these 12 days can impact your entire year

This time of year is especially exciting for me. For the next 12 days (March 12th-23rd), each day has a unique meaning and extraordinary energy to affect our lives. It’s this purpose and these opportunities that I have always sought and found through the teachings of Kabbalah.

One of the gifts the wisdom of Kabbalah offers is to become an active participant in designing our lives. By becoming aware of the astrological influences, we can partner with the universe and create the best version of our ourselves and our lives.

A special opportunity comes tonight, Monday evening, the new moon of Aries. Aries is the first astrological sign and acts as the seed level for all the other signs of the zodiac that follow. Each one of the first 12 days of Aries, from sunset to sundown, will impact a whole astrological month. From Monday night to Tuesday night corresponds to the month of Aries. From Tuesday night to Wednesday night corresponds to the month of Taurus. From Wednesday night to Thursday corresponds to the month of Gemini, and so on.

In a month that holds one of the biggest cosmic holidays, Pesach, which means to pass over, we receive the gift to jump over our process of transformation to the end result. Think about it: We can already connected to the end result and rewards while going through our challenges

How do we take full advantage of the first 12 days of Aries to positively impact the next 12 months of our lives?

We can plant positive seeds by consciously choosing our thoughts, actions and feelings with insight into the energy of each astrological month. Each sign has specific energy that influences us proactively and reactively, challenging us, or even blocks us, in achieving fulfillment in our lives.

However, we do not have to be the effect of astrological signs. We can be the designer of our lives. The wisdom of Kabbalah aims to give us more control over our lives through living consciously. In fact, the secret to accessing the blessings of each month is to transform the reactive influence of each sign with our actions, thoughts and feelings, which create our reality.

What can we do each day to transform the energy of each month into blessings?

Be proactive rather than reactive. Easier said then done. Everyday I will post on Facebook 3 simple tools will help us plant positive seeds.

1. Choose Our Actions

Everyday, I will post a guide of actions you can take to transform the reactive nature of the month that corresponds to that specific day.

2. Hebrew Letters

Based on Kabbalistic teaching, the Hebrew letters are vehicles to connect to universal divine energy as meditative tools. The Book of Formation written by Abraham the Patriarch gives us specific two-letter sequences to connect to the positive energy of each month and overcome its reactive nature. And, we can tap into the awesome energy of the Hebrew letters just by looking at them!

3. Meditate on the 72 Names of God

Meditate on a specific sequence of Hebrew letters that helps us draw down the unique proactive energy we need for that day.

Every night, set your intentions with the Hebrew letters and make an action plan for the day to come. At the end of each day, evaluate your how well you carried out your plan and make a better one for the next day.

PISCES: KABBALISTIC INSIGHTS

Right now, at the start of the month of Pisces, we can connect to two major energies needed to overcome any obstacles that we may face.

Pisces are the most humble people of the zodiac. Inclined to yield to others, they are extremely sensitive, feeling the emotions of events unfolding in front of them. They’re very compassionate and have a true desire to eliminate other people’s suffering, often taking others’ pain upon themselves. This month, we may all find ourselves more feeling more sensitive and compassionate as well.

One of the most important aspects of the tikkun of Pisces is the lack of desire to receive. Satisfied with their lives, their natural tendency is not to fight for their desires when obstacles arise. They are connected to the big picture and know that everything will be ok in the end, so they don’t see a reason to fight for their desires.

However, we need to have desire, not for the self alone but for the sake of sharing. When we find ourselves in pain and craving something more, we need to be willing to put in the effort to get it. Pisces have huge care and a desire to spread Light. Yet, they need to be reminded of the reason we are here: to manifest Light, and without action, no Light can be revealed.

Therefore the first energy we can tap into this month is turning our thoughts into action. We have a huge opportunity during Adar to manifest Light and blessings by actualizing our best ideas to share.

But as soon as we want to do something, what happens? We doubt! We doubt our ability to make things happen, to have good events happen to us, and much more. We doubt that life has a meaning and order.

Kabbalists explain that in our path to connecting to the Light and our best destiny, we will have to face challenges and tests. It’s like a game, and the true sense of winning only comes when we overcome a tough opponent. In the game of life, we have an inner opponent, who manifests in our minds as limiting, reactive thought patterns and beliefs. The opponent’s strongest weapon is doubt.

Luckily, the second energy available to us this month is certainty. When we have total certainty that there is a divine order, and we can cope with challenging situations meant for us to earn blessings and move to our next level, we will have total happiness.

There is no place for doubt and worry with this kind of certainty — only peace of mind.

Certainty is easier said than done, but with daily practice and the 72 Names of God for that energy, we can build it a little more each day.

You Are Unique - Prove It!

What makes you unique? This month we can use the idealistic energy of Aquarius to tap into our each of our divine gifts and share them with others for the global good.

An air sign, Aquarius encompasses the energy of original thinking. Aquarians have the ability to see more than others and think outside the box. They are tuned into the bigger picture and invested influencing others on a global level.

Right now, we are also living in the Age of Aquarius. Yes, even large blocks of years carry the influence of the zodiac signs. During this time, we are experiencing great revelations of technology, science and even spirituality. The secrets of the world, the secrets of life and the secrets of how to connect to the Creator are being revealed. And we need to seize that information and use it to positively affect our lives and the lives of others.

The Age of Aquarius is the time to take personal responsibility in order to create global transformation.

How do we ride this awesome wave of Aquarius? This month is all about going outside of our usual box and breaking boundaries for the purpose of sharing with others. If you have a desire, vision or plan to help other people, now is the time to put it into action. Trust that you have a divine unique gifts and do something to share them.

Not sure where to start? Begin by asking yourself: How can I be apart of global change? Then, put that answer into action! Meditating on the 72 Name of God for Defying Gravity (see right) will also provide us with the extra energy we need to make the most of our divine talents.

Seeking Solutions After Sandy Hook

Behind the tears and overwhelming pain and shock…
While feeling deep desire to find out why this happened and who is responsible for such a tragedy…
And hearing calls to action to sign petitions, add security guards to our children’s schools and improve mental care…

…I am left with a clear picture: Chaos is looking at me – at all of us - straight in the face and with no shame.

Chaos manifests in a physical way. First, it infiltrates our mind and causes us to look outside of ourselves in search of someone to blame and judge. It points to someone and says, “Be afraid of them,” an unknown enemy separate from ourselves, and convinces us that the ultimate solution is a security guard with weapon in our children’s schools will increase their safety. The only thing more twisted that our kids being threatened at school, is our acceptance of these 1% fixes.

The real question is: What is the source of chaos?

Rather than treating the symptoms of chaos, we must seek deeper seed level solutions for the complete removal of chaos. Many spiritual paths offer answers, guidance and support. Personally, I have found answers in the universal wisdom of Kabbalah.

We all have an inner power of healing and an inner power of destruction. Recognizing these two forces and learning to overcome the negative power is what creates positive energy, known as Light.

As Kabbalists throughout history have taught, we are destined to live in a world of peace, harmony and love. Yet, chaos reigns because we accept it as part of our world. 10 or 20 years ago, hearing about someone with cancer was absolutely shocking. Today, how do you feel when you hear about someone diagnosed with cancer?

Chaos is not shocking anymore. Accepting disease, pain and random acts of violence is accepting chaos, and that is unacceptable – for you, me, our children and all of our fellow human beings!

Each of us has the power to defeat chaos and transform it to Light, and so many of us are already hard at work doing just that. Personal transformation, compassion, unity, living our best lives and taking global responsibility can create the harmonious world we are meant to live in. If we want to change the world, we have to change ourselves.

If you are on a spiritual path, push yourself to the next level. If you aren’t on one, find one because we are all in this world together.

Time & Money

What would you do for another hour in the day and extra cash in your pocket? Get ready for a surge in those physical desires as we enter the month #Capricorn, the most materialistic sign of the Zodiac – and yet, potentially the most spiritual.

Tonight is the 6^th night of #Chanukah. It’s also the new moon of Capricorn. The 10^th sign of the #Zodiac is ruled by the planet furthest away from the sun, Saturn. Do you know a Capricorn? Maybe not very well at first. They enjoy their own company and take time to warm up to others.

They are also highly invested in the physical. Stable, systematic and overachieving, they make great scientists and business people. And they attribute all of their physical success to their hard work.

Similarly, we will all be influenced this month by this false sense of control and ownership of our accomplishments: Things are going my way. People are taking my advice. My hard work is paying off. And we will need to remember, as Kabbalist Rav Berg simply puts, “The source of all these things is the Light.”

The only thing we really control is our consciousness. We can choose to see the Light in every situation. We can choose to share that which we receive. We can choose to push away doubts and uncertainty. We have to take ownership of our consciousness and protect it.

When we choose to see that everything in our lives comes from the Creator for the purpose of revealing Light, the world will reflect that brilliant reality back to us.

Where there is the most darkness is the most Light, and therefore, beneath the materialism of Capricorn is the DNA of the highest spiritual connection: The 72 Names of God. We have a direct link to this powerful meditative tool through the Hebrew letters that control this month, Ayin and Bet (see below).

We can also focus on the specific sequence from the 72 Names of God for Defying Gravity (see below) to gain the power of mind over matter during Capricorn.

During the next 28 days, we have a choice: We can fall into the typical materialistic mode of Capricorn, or we can rise above to the highest spiritual levels by sharing everything we receive from the Creator. Only when we rise above do we truly gain control over time, money, love and so much more.

CONSCIOUSNESS INTO ACTION:
Kabbalistic Insight to the Energy of the Week—

The month of Kislev (#Sagittarius) is the ninth month/sign in the lunar calendar and is ruled by the planet Jupiter, the planetary symbol of abundance, good luck, and good fortune. During the New Moon of Sagittarius, miracles and Light surround us from every direction. It is a time to recognize every day #miracles and to draw in miracles through our thoughts and actions.

When a new month starts, we all gain the characteristics of the month. When an opportunity arises for a Sagittarian, they typically rush in. The more impossible the task, the greater their enthusiasm. They seize every opportunity to perform heroically and are constantly striving to extend their own limits. It is no coincidence then, that the organs of the body that relate to Sagittarians are the hips and legs.

Sagittarians seek pleasure at almost any cost. They want instant gratification, and they get it mostly by facing their fears. Because of this, their goals and actions do not focus on the goal itself, but on the means of deriving maximum pleasure from the undertaking. Though intending no harm, they are preoccupied with proving themselves and can be insensitive to the doubts and fears of those around them.

Sagittarians are uncompromising and extremely critical of their own behavior. To their credit, they always look for the fault in themselves and immediately take full responsibility for their actions and mistakes. Sagittarians never put the blame on others. Furthermore, they do not hold grudges, are not resentful, are quick to forgive, and may even become fixated on their own inadequacies and failures.

What is a situation in your life where you are held by fear, hesitation, and procrastination? The energy of this month gives you the opportunity to use the power of the Sagittarian to create miracles and Light in your life!
